Dr. Atom Annupama Devi

Assistant Professor, Pravapati College

Dr. Atom Annupama Devi founded Chankorb Private Limited on January 5, 2024, driven by a vision to create sustainable economic opportunities in Manipur while addressing environmental challenges posed by agricultural waste.

As an academic and researcher, Dr. Devi brings scientific rigor to traditional craftsmanship, developing innovative processes for banana fiber extraction, natural mordant production, and biofertilizer manufacturing.

Her philosophy emphasizes shifting from dependence on government employment to innovation-driven sustainable entrepreneurship—a model she believes can transform rural economies across Northeast India.
